Description: This technique is performed with both mangekyou eyes and allows the user to violently rip the chakra from the opponent, stealing it for their own purposes. The chakra becomes usable by the technique user, and becomes a part of their permanant stores. The main problem with this technique is that it both kills the target violently and is very unstable, sometimes resulting in chakra exhaustion for the user and the loss of the use of chakra for 10 hours after the technique is used. It also speeds up the blindness factor unless the mangekyou is eternal.
Other Notes: The ONLY known user of this technique is Uchiha Keiichi.
