Astral Meeting (Alliance Proposal)

[Uchiha Keiichi]

Waiting calmly in the Otokage's office, Keiichi boredly browsed the books on the wall.

[Septhiroth]

Naraku, clad in his baboon pelt, cam into his office to find someone else there. "Can I help you?" asked Naraku.

[Uchiha Keiichi]

"Ah, Otokage-sama."

He adjusted his Raikage robes.

"My name is Keiichi, and I'd like to speak with you regarding our villages."

[Septhiroth]

"Alright, speak" said Naraku.

[Uchiha Keiichi]

"I'd like to propose an alliance against Konohagakure that would benifit both of us."

[Septhiroth]

"I like this already. Hold on. Hakudoshi, come in here please" Naraku said as he pressed a button on the speaker in his office. "Yes sir" said what sounded like a boy's voice. 2 minutes later, a boy came in with a pencil & a blank scroll. "I am here father" said the boy named Hakudoshi.

[Uchiha Keiichi]

Smiling at the child calmly, Keiichi nodded to him.

"Hello, young one."

He kept his attention split between the both of them, waiting to see what would happen.

[Septhiroth]

"This is my first son Hakudoshi. He is my personal advisor. he copies conversations I have with important people such as yourself to make sure I don't get cheated out of something" introduced Naraku.

[Uchiha Keiichi]

"Nice to meet you, Hakudoshi-san."

He looked back towards Naraku.

"My proposal would act as a trade, defense, and knowledge alliance as well as a personal alliance between both of us, if you're open to it."

[Septhiroth]

Hakudoshi wrote everything down. "Alright, I am up to it" said Naraku.

[Uchiha Keiichi]

"What it states is that our villages are close allies. We will defend each other from all threats, we will have full trade, we will exchange knowledge from spies and different jutsus, and we personally will meet and deal with the alliance, and if either of us, as the Kages, go to war or are threatened or are attacked...ostensibly by any shinobi village, but most likely by Konoha, the entire opposite village will take it as an act of war. Also, our shinobi will not attack each other or steal each others missions."

[Septhiroth]

Hakudoshi wrote everything down quickly. "Right, I agree. Also, any of your ninja are free to come here any time as long as they don't start any trouble" said Naraku.

[Uchiha Keiichi]

"The same holds true for yours, and if you ever need anything or have any questions please feel free to send me a messenger or stop in Kumo."

[Septhiroth]

"Right, this calls for a celebration. Hakudoshi, get Kanna & Akago. We are going out on a night to the town" said Naraku. "Yes sir" said Hakudoshi as he ran out.

[Uchiha Keiichi]

Smiling slightly, Keiichi nodded.

"That sounds fun."

[Septhiroth]

Hakudoshi came back with a white haired girl & a baby that looks like a younger version of Hakudoshi. All three kids had white hair. "The girl is my daughter Kanna & the baby is my youngest son Akago" said Naraku.

[Uchiha Keiichi]

"Akago-san, Kanna-san, it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm the Raikage, Uchiha Keiichi."

[Septhiroth]

Akago smiled at him & gives him a wave. Kanna smiles at him & says "Hello" Naraku looks at everybody in his room & says "Come, let us celebrate" as he got out of his chair.

[Uchiha Keiichi]

Nodding, Keiichi stood as well.

"I should warn you that Konoha's Hokage is probably looking for me. I don't think he'll think to stop here but you never know."

[Septhiroth]

"I understand. Now, let us go" said Naraku as they all exited the Hokage Tower.

[Uchiha Keiichi]

Following, Keiichi looked around Oto. He hadn't really had the chance to see it.

[Septhiroth]

"Ah, here we are" said Naraku as he stopped in front of a restaurant.

[Uchiha Keiichi]

"Your village is impressive."

[Septhiroth]

"Thank you. I got the village back on it's feet shortly after I became the Otokage" said Naraku.

[Uchiha Keiichi]

Nodding in understanding, Keiichi glanced over.

"We are much the same. After Konoha killed our last Raikage, things were...hard in Kumo until I took over."
