He wears a black longsleeved shirt, black baggy pants and black ninja sandals normally unless it's formal, for which he wears his Raikage robes. On the back of the shirt is the Uchiha symbol, and on the front is the symbol of Kumo.

An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.

Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.

The Amaterasu or Goddess of the Sun technique is generated by the right Mangekyou eye. It is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form to create a powerful black fire which can burn through most anything. As it has been said that anything within the Mangekyou's vision will burn to ash if consumed by the fire. The fire itself is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. The fire is also regarded as the strongest of Mangekyou's physical attacks.

The Tsukuyomi or God of the Moon technique is generated by the left Mangekyou eye. It is a Genjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form to initiate a mentally and physically harmful illusion. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The spell takes place in the mind of the one affected, while the jutsu is cast the one it was cast upon is at the total mercy of the Uchiha clan member. The clan member has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of pain. It is said only a natural born member of the Uchiha Clan can defeat it, this may mean either an Uchiha also holding the Mangekyou or one fully skilled in the three tomoe Sharingan form.

The Susanoo or God of the Sea and Storms technique is generated by both Mangekyou eyes. It is a technique which uses the Mangekyou form to create a sword wielding specter which will surround the user. This specter wields a shield for defense and a blade known as the Totsuka Sword. Anyone or anything cut by the blade will be sealed away into a Genjutsu of blissful oblivion until the end of time.

It is said only a natural born member of the Uchiha Clan can overcome the illusion. To counter the technique, however, Mangekyou is not required. A highly trained normal Sharingan user can break the illusion, causing the Mangekyou user to experience additional weakness from using it.

Description:
Susanoo, named for the God of the Sea and Storms, is a technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a sword wielding spectral form which will surround the user. This jutsu is generated by both Mangekyou eyes. Susanoo will first form around the user as a skeleton. This skeletal form will then generate muscle and armor for battle and wield both a sword and shield.

The sword is formed out of the sake in the gourd it holds, meaning the sword has no true physical form. This legendary weapon, known as Totsuka's Sword and the Sakegari (Sake Cutting) Long Sword, utilizes the main ability of the jutsu. Anyone or anything cut by the blade will be sealed away into a Genjutsu of blissful oblivion until the end of time. It is said the sword is thus the ultimate counter to Orochimaru's Kusanagi Sword. The shield is known as Yata's Mirror. It is said this shield can defend against any attack. Together the sword and shield will make the Susanoo user nearly invincible. Like other Mangekyou techniques, usage of Susanoo will damages the eyes and health of the user.

Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.

A very powerful technique that requires a huge amount of chakra, which becomes visible around the user's hand. Once the hand has been charged, it is then thrust straight through the target. Due to the direct and obvious path the user of the technique must take to achieve an effective strike, a user of Chidori is left highly vulnerable to counterattacks and dodges. The technique can only be safely attempted by a ninja with the Sharingan or a similar countermeasure to defenses and attacks. Chidori is said to be one of the few original techniques of Hatake Kakashi, who is also one of only two known users, the other being Uchiha Sasuke. Uchiha Itachi is theoretically also capable of performing the Chidori, as he was watching Uchiha Sasuke with his Sharingan activated when Sasuke failed to kill him with the technique.
Although it produces a distinctive sound and is by no means stealthy, Chidori has nonetheless been classified as a possible assassination technique due to the incredible speed it requires and the devastating effect of a successful execution.
The name Chidori comes from the sound the technique makes, which is said to remind the listener of the chirping produced by a thousand birds. Because of the high amount of chakra it requires, a ninja can only use Chidori a certain number of times per day.

Lightning Blade is a technique developed by Hatake Kakashi that allows him to cut through any foe. It is essentially the same attack as Chidori; in fact, Chidori is the "true" name of the attack, it was given the nickname "Raikiri" or "Lightning Blade" after Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. However, Lightning Blade is used in respect to Kakashi and given the designation S-rank whereas Sasuke's Chidori is an A-rank since Kakashi's attack is more powerful than Sasuke's. Lightning Blade is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi's hand becomes enveloped by an electrical looking force. After concentrating all the chakra into his arm, Kakashi uses his quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with his extended forearm. Due to the high speed at which Kakashi moves, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping, which is where Chidori originally got its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, Kakashi can only use it four times in one day.

Chakra will be rapidly gathered their and suddenly each finger will begin to emit electricity. The user will then move their hands back and fling them forward releasing the Lightning Bullets at the opponent. The Bullet’s look like small marble-sized balls of lightning with is giving off a constant discharge. The balls travel as fast as a person can throw a kunai or shuriken.

Jutsu Description: Ikazuchi no Kiba is a ninjutsu technique that utilizes the Lightning Element. Reaching up into the sky, the user shoots a plum of electrified chakra-like essence into the clouds, causing a torrent of lightning to come crashing down towards an area of the ground.

History/Background Story: Uchiha Keiichi, the legendary Sharingan of Kumo, was born to two survivors of the Uchiha Massacre, Uchiha Takeshi, his father, and Uchiha Minako, his mother. They had both been exiled from the clan shortly before the massacre itself and resettled in Kumo. Keiichi's parents were exiled because both of them could not use fire jutsus. Minako was a water user and Takeshi was an earth user. Keiichi grew up in Kumo, becoming a genin at the age of 10, chuunin at 13, jounin at 16, ANBU at 18 and Kage at 20. He is the Godaime Raikage. Keiichi also has a younger brother that he takes care of because of the death of his parents. His brother's name is Uchiha Ryu and he's 10 years old. Once the user has gathered the chakra necessary they will out stretch their hand and aim it at their target. Upon command a bolt of white lightning will fly from their hand and aim to hit the target. The technique takes a few moments to charge though once fired the technique is very fast.

The current will be contained within and around the user's form. They will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

Which all are concentrated towards the opponent, to shock them from multiple directions.

If they are standing they may fall and injure themselves. In exchange for the total loss of their body, the user gains the control of his spirit. The spirit has no physical form, meaning it cannot attack or be attacked. Anyone can hear the spirit, and easily see the spirit cause it looks multicolored.

This doujutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou Sharingan eye to generate an imploding transportation vortex. To begin Kakashi forms a handseal to change his normal three tomoe Sharingan into a new Mangekyou form. He then focuses on an area of his target. The surrounding area will then warp and collapse in on itself, quickly reducing the surrounding area to nothingness. The technique will transport the focused area away to another location. The technique caused a huge strain on Kakashi, utilizing a great deal of chakra. He was able to use the technique twice in succession and then revert back to three tomoe. It is unknown how many times he could use it before total exertion.

Kirin is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Sasuke will first launch fireballs into the sky above using his Gouryuuka jutsu. These fireballs will warm the atmosphere and create a powerful rising air current, which in turn generates thunderclouds. Sasuke will then form Chidori and raise his arm to the heavens. This will allow him to channel the lightning down upon his target. Because he is merely channeling the naturally created lightning, he is able to utilize a power greater than what a ninja could create with their own elemental chakra. Because this is also natural lightning, it will travel more quickly than any ninja could dodge. Upon calling down the lightning, it will create a powerful impact with a large amount of destruction.

Shishi Rendan
ShiShi Rendan is a Taijutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke after he used his Sharingan to copy the movements of fellow Leaf ninja Rock Lee. Sasuke first uses the Konoha Kage Buyou to manuever his opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing his opponent, Sasuke will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. If he is unable to make a clean strike, he will strike anyway as a feint, to draw his target's attention and defense to one area. He can then strike the undefended area and begin knocking them downwards towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, Sasuke will deftly rotate his body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest.

Chidori Nagashi is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to his body, Sasuke is able to extend it outside of his body and through objects which he is holding. This allows him to create a protective zone around his person. This zone of electricity can shock and immobilize his foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system.

Used in conjunction with his Kusanagi sword, the blade becomes almost unstoppable. It takes on Chidori's natural ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. Should the sword strike a human, the charge will cause the target to go numb, lessening their ability to further counter his attacks.

Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Tajuu Kage Bunshin
Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is an advanced variation of the Kage Bunshin Ninjutsu technique which was banned by the First Hokage. This has not stopped many Jounin-level ninja from learning the technique however. Instead of creating several clones, several hundred clones are created. Like normal Kage Bunshin a ninja's chakra is split evenly among the clones when created.

The clones themself can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clones finally disperse, any new knowledge they have gained is passed back to the original ninja and to any additional clones. This makes Tajuu Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. With the great number of clones in Tajuu Kage Bunshin, the ninja can effectively learn in a few weeks with a hundred clones what would take one ninja numerous years.

After striking the ground with his hands, Jiroubou is able to overturn the earth and cause it to rise up around his opponents. Placing his hands against the dome he is able to suck out the chakra from the people trapped inside and bring it into his own body. At the same time Jiroubou will use his own chakra to spread throughout the dome, this allows him to repair any damage his opponents manage to inflict on the inside. Description: A forbidden jutsu performed by opening 3 chakra gates (releases the body's limits on muscle usage/chakra flow). It puts a lot of strain on the body and muscles - and is nearly suicidal. It goes beyond the speed and power of any other lotus technique. Continuous speed and high powered attacks make this devastating to any opponent. The power can increase by opening more chakra gates - but the result is immobility of the user, due to torn muscle fibers.

The eight chakra gates are eight specific points on a person's chakra circulatory system. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By opening these gates, the user can surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own bodies. Rock Lee is able to open the first five gates. Guy, who taught Lee the skill, is able to open at least six. Kakashi can open at least one gate, as shown in during Kakashi's one-handed rock climbing where a shot of his brain shows the relevant point activating. The gates and what they release are listed below:

1. Gate of Opening (開門 Kaimon) releases the brain's limit on the total strain on the muscles, giving the user five times their normal strength.
2. Gate of Rest (休門 Kyūmon) releases the brain's limit on the body's stamina, making a battle-worn person become miraculously ready to fight as if the fight had just started.
3. Gate of Life (生門 Seimon) is located on the spinal cord, and releases the limit on the nervous system, which makes information travel at a faster rate and creates even more stamina. As a side effect, the user's skin turns red, indicating an increased blood-oxygen level.
4. Gate of Pain (傷門 Shōmon) releases the limit on oxygen intake in the lungs, creating much more oxygen for the body to use.
5. Gate of Closing (杜門 Tomon) releases the limit on the amount of chakra released at one time.
6. Gate of Joy (景門 Keimon) removes the limit on how much fat and proteins the intestines can digest, and releases otherwise useless energy resources, giving the user even more power and stamina.
7. Gate of Shock (驚門 Kyōmon) removes the limit on how fast the body can move, removes wastes from dead skin cells to feces, and gives the body a much cleaner system to work with, producing even more power and stamina.
8. Gate of Death (死門 Shimon) opens the final gate located at the heart and uses up all of the body's energy. It makes the heart pump at maximum power and exceeds the power of every other gate. All the energy in every individual cell is used up, giving the user power well above that of any Kage. This "big bang" effect is only temporary, and destroys every muscle in the user's body including the heart. Death is assured when opening this gate hence the name.

As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user is very silent, it cannot be defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away. Zabuza was a master of this technique, and was even good enough to track and kill opponents through sound alone. The Hidden Mist Technique was used by Zabuza in conjunction with Silent Killing.

* Although the name of this technique is written in kanji (無声殺人術), it's pronounced in English ("silent killing"). The Japanese pronunciation of the kanji would be "muon satsujin jutsu," which would literally translate to "soundless murder technique".

A sealing (fuuin) jutsu so secret, suicidal, powerful, and forbidden, only the Third (Sandaime) and Fourth (Yondaime) Hokages were able to learn and use it. However, such a powerful technique comes with a great sacrifice, as the user will die performing it. After performing the hand seals, a Death God (Shinigami) "materializes" and hovers behind the user who (being the one who made a contract with the Death God) is the only one capable of seeing him at the meantime. As the Death God appears, the user's soul "materializes" in front of him and is readily entangled with some of the Death God's long hair. The user must then be in close proximity with the target and grasp him to begin the extraction of the target's soul. Once the user invokes upon the Death God, the Death God reaches its arm out as it passes through the user's soul and emerges in front of the user's chest. The arm then grasps the soul of the target and starts pulling it off from the body. At this stage, the target is most likely unable to move or perform any sort of jutsu, though there are few exceptions (like Orochimaru's ability to mentally control Kusanagi). Furthermore, the target is now able to see the Death God himself. The Death God can optionally sever any part of the target's soul using his long blade at the user's bidding. When this happens, that part is devoured by the Death God and the corresponding part of the target's body "dies off" ,rendering it unusable, the "dead" part also continues to rot which causes immense pain to the victim eventually leading to death. The effectiveness of the jutsu is only as good as the current amount of chakra, strength, and will-power of the user, and this determines how much of the target's soul can be extracted out of his body. Thus the jutsu can become a failure, and regardless of this, the user's soul will still be consumed by the Death God and he dies. But when the target's soul or a part of it is taken, it can get sealed immediately at the user's command and a seal the same as Naruto's appears on the user's chest. When the whole of the target's soul is taken, the Death God devours both their souls as they die, intertwining them in hatred, locking the two souls in an eternal battle inside the Death God's stomach where they can never escape. This jutsu can also be performed through shadow clones and with them he can seal the souls of multiple targets, though the user's soul will be sealed, regardless. In the video game Naruto Ultimate Ninja 2, when playing as the Third Hokage and you activate the Reaper Death Seal, your health continuously depletes, yet you gain infinite chakra so you can continuously use it until it kills you.

This jutsu along with Eight Trigrams Sealing Style and Four Symbols Seal were used by the Fourth Hokage (Minato Namikaze) to seal the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox (Kyuubi). Instead of sealing it within himself, however, he was able to place the seal on his son, Naruto Uzumaki. He was able to pass down this technique, which he created himself, to the Third Hokage.

The Third Hokage attempted to use this technique against Orochimaru during the Sand and Sound villages' invasion of Konoha. However, during the soul extraction, Orochimaru was able control his Kusanagi and impale him from the back through his chest, severely injuring and weakening him. Unable to seal Orochimaru's entire soul, the Third opted to seal Orochimaru's arms instead to render them useless and punish Orochimaru for his addiction to jutsu and ambition for power.

Itachi traps the enemy in a Tsukuyomi illusion, causing them to see the ground beneath their feet break open, plummeting them into a huge chasm. The torment ends (and apparently his/her life) when a column of fire slams them into the pit.

This jutsu causes everyone within a specific area to fall into a deep sleep. From the target's point of view, it seems as if feathers are falling from the sky, which serves as a distraction to allow the jutsu to take effect. The downside, however, is that it takes a fair amount of time to take effect, and any experienced ninja has more than enough time to dispel it.

This technique puts the target in a state of reverse hypnosis, allowing them to remember details that they otherwise would not. The target will comply with interrogation, but seems to retain his or her personality while under hypnosis. For example, when the ANBU used this technique to bring back Naruto's memories about his conversations with Gennou, Naruto was more specific about the ramen he shared with the old man rather than their conversations, which the ANBU were asking about.

This genjutsu creates clones that phase in and out of the ground as if they were made of a blackish, oil-like liquid. When attacked, the clones regenerate themselves. The clones can be controlled to make it seem as if they're throwing kunai. The user can then time their attacks with those of the clones.

This jutsu is much like the Temporary Paralysis Technique, but paralyzes the foe by showing them a vision of their own gruesome death. In addition to the paralysis, the enemy is overwhelmed with fear, and will no doubt suffer severe mental stress.

This jutsu causes creates the illusion of a tremendous ball of fire in the sky, which then crashes onto a designated area. Anyone in the area will instinctively flee.

Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld, is a technique that creates a large swamp that immoblizes and kills the target. However the size of the swamp is proportioned to the amount of chakra of the user, as when Jiraiya was drugged and had his chakra blocked, he only had enough chakra to get one of Orochimaru's snakes stuck when it should have been killed.

Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another object and take on its properties to avoid any damage. In the manga, Orochimaru uses this to merge with a tree just before his battle with his former student, Anko Mitarashi. He, however, does not give it a name.

Exclusive to Might Guy, this jutsu uses six of the eight chakra gates to give the user unmatched speed and strength. After the gates are open, Guy will approach his opponent in a somewhat distinctive stance and, once he gets close enough, kick them into the air. He then hits his opponent over and over, causing a peacock-like fan of flaming chakra to develop. Once Guy is finished, his opponent will fall back to the ground, covered in the attacks' aura.

It should be noted that this technique is not a Kinjutsu in itself, but merely a simple combo, fueled by a Kinjutsu

The Shadow of the Dancing Leaf is a Taijutsu technique that is used to position a ninja's opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest. Since this is the opponents blind spot, the user can have various ways of executing the dance with a variety of combos in almost any fashion. Rock Lee uses the Shadow of the Dancing Leaf to place his opponent into a position to do his Front Lotus technique. Sasuke would go on to copy this move to set up his opponent for his Lion Combo. Sasuke could however use the Shadow of the Dancing Leaf after he copied it with his Sharingan, but because he hadn't had the same training as Lee, he couldn't avoid the body strain the technique carries.

Name: Jūjin Bunshin, 獣人分身, literally "Beast Human Clone" English TV "Man Beast Clone"

In coordination with an animal, the user creates a perfect likeness of that creature, and vice-versa with the beast assuming the form of the person. This makes it impossible to tell the two apart until the jutsu is broken, usually by damaging one of the participants which then reverts to their original form.

The user and his partner spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beastlike attacks when contact is made with the target. This attack can also be done alone although it is less effective.

The users, a human and a wolf, perform the Combination transformation together, which results in their fusing into an extremely large, double-headed wolf.

Utilizing the abilities of the Sharingan, the user is able to control three Windmill Shuriken which have wire cords attached to them (two held with the hands and one with the mouth) and manipulate their paths to tie the opponent to a nearby large object, binding them.

Name: Fūka Hōin, 封火法印, literally "Fire Sealing Method"
Type: Fuin Jutsu, B-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)
Users: Jiraiya
This seal allows the user to seal nearby fire. The user writes the seal on a scroll and then performs the required handseals. This causes a vapor to appear from the scroll, enveloping the fire and sealing it on the scroll as the kanji for seal (封).

Name: Shōten no Jutsu, 象転の術, literally "Shapeshifting Technique"

Users: Pain (Pein)

This technique creates a duplicate of a person using another body. This duplicate's abilities are proportionate to, and limited by, the amount of chakra given to it by the duplicated person. This jutsu can't be seen through by the Sharingan or Byakugan. It seems to be unable to duplicate Kekkei genkai, though this may be because of a chakra limitation. Once the chakra runs out and the sacrificial body dies, the Shapeshifter Technique will end and the lifeless body used will be revealed.

Description: This technique is performed with both mangekyou eyes and allows the user to violently rip the chakra from the opponent, stealing it for their own purposes. The chakra becomes usable by the technique user, and becomes a part of their permanant stores. The main problem with this technique is that it both kills the target violently and is very unstable, sometimes resulting in chakra exhaustion for the user and the loss of the use of chakra for 48 hours after the technique is used. It also speeds up the blindness factor unless the mangekyou is eternal.
Other Notes: The ONLY known user of this technique is Uchiha Keiichi.
