Academy students and higher ranks : They can buy standard ninja tools : shuricken, kunai, senbon, smoke bombs , wire, ect ...
Genin's and higher ranks : They can buy normal weapon's : swords, katana's, daggers , ect ...
Chuunin's and higher ranks : They can customise weapons : change them to fit them more. And at the ability to the weapon to channel chakra.
jounin's and all equal or higher ranks : They can get any weapon crafted. I can ad any special ability to there weapons as long as they get it approved by a mod.
missing nin's and all equal ranks : Sorry, this shop has nothing for you guys.

Armor:
Academy students : They can't ask for any armor jet.
Genin's and higher ranks : Genin can get there clothes reinforced whit minor metal plates. Offering a bit more defence.
Chuunin's and higher ranks : Leafs chuunin flak jackets .
jounin's and all equal or higher ranks : full armor's , customized to there liking and whit a special ability if a Mod approves.
missing nin's and all equal ranks : Again sorry nothing for you guys.
